Debbie is a consultant and trainer specialising in health and safety regulation and practice, security best practice, loss prevention and test purchases for optimal customer experience. 

 

As Managing Director Debbie has run an award winning team of assessors and trainers since 2006. In 2011 Beyond Basics Training was awarded the BII nita Best Security Training Company award.  

 

Her own specialist knowledge has been aquired over years of work with a range of clients such as  shopping centres , retail companies and hotels and include clients such as Staples, The Langham Hotel in London, Dolphin Square in London and security companies such as Axis Security Services UK, OCS, Kingdom Security amongst others. 

 

Rowan is a trainer specialising in security and fire prevention training, and hospitality training. 

 

As Lead Trainer Rowan has a wealth of experience drawn from 14 years as a fireman, and 8 years as a trainer.
